Decisions

I had a hard time trying to decide on what to talk about today. Was it going to be Farmor Eivor and I playing with the hose. We both get soak and wet, what fun. Was it to be about my new lounge chair that Farmor got for me. No can't be that I talked about chairs last week and mom thought that the new one looked like a dog bed. Well I'm no dog so I will have to tell you about today.
Today is about dogs and horses. I went over to Grove and had so much fun, there is a picnic bench and horse trailer to climb on. Horses and dogs to feed and actual live entertainment. There was a giant truck that came to pickup the horse manure. It made so much noise and was such fun to watch as it maneuvered its way into the property. It had this neat lifting thing that picked up the giant trash container and emptied into a even bigger one. The drivers helper said that other children loved to watch them work too.
Grandpa loved this close up picture of me so thats the one I'm using today. Of course if you want to see more go to picture trail and look at the Summer 2007 album to see me in action. Little"G"

Wooden Toys

I thought that you might enjoy watching me play with my new - old wooden toys. I actually sit still and play. I'm not wild so grandpa had to spice up the music a little. Little"G"

My Chair

Grandpa moved the chair out of his bedroom so that I have my very own lounger when I watch my videos. Of course the videos I most enjoy are those that I star in and Baby Einstein videos. Grandma took out a bunch of new old toys that she says I have grown into now. The wood puzzle and board with balls and a hammer are great. So far I have only used the hammer in the correct mode, but who knows what I'll do in the future.
I want to wish my mom and dad a very happy third wedding anniversary. Love and Kisses your Little"G"

Monday--Monday

Well this isn't a normal Monday. On Friday the 13th grandma sort of tripped over Ricki and sprained her arm. Fortunately X-rays proved to be negative and nothing was broken. More than a little sore I'll bet.
This changed our normal Monday itinerary. Grandpa had to take the dogs out early so that they get their exercise. I got to go to the park instead of our walk but I'm posting some video of goes on during a normal Monday walk. I hope you enjoy it and that grandma feels better soon. Little"G"

Happy Snacker

I don't know how you spend your days but I spend mine as the Happy Snacker of Portola Valley. My job entails spreading fun and joy to all the animals and people I encounter on my daily walks. Of course not all the people want half eaten or overly moist partially consumed food. The horses and dogs I meet don't seem to have the same aversion to slightly sampled snacks.
Today I meet a six month old boy Kerwin and his grandmother Sue. They where very nice but Kerwin was a bit boring. I guess thats a age thing. Shortly after that I meet Lucy a wonderful basset hound. She carries herself low to the ground unlike my dogs and has wonderfully long ears. She really enjoys my snacks, especially the graham crackers.
Well its almost the weekend and I wonder what Mom and Dad have planed for me? I'm sure it will be wonderful fun. Happy blogging. Little"G"

Cautionary "Tail"

Todays video is a cautionary tale or in this case tail about a toddler (me) and my new puppy. I think that grandpa thinks it might be a bit extreme with me lifting the puppy by its tail, legs and neck. The puppy does get a lot of attention from me and the big dogs and plenty of hugs and kisses. Unfortunately to many people buy puppies and place them with young toddlers a recipe for disaster. Well I'll get off my soapbox and let you enjoy the video. Little"G"

Hugs

Strange weather has come to our little town. Its cloudy and humid outside but that didn't stop us from taking a long walk. I feed my horse friends and got to explore their stable. Todays picture is of me and my good friend Nika.
Oma dropped of a new toy for me it looks just like a little puppy it wags its tail, jumps around and barks. Grandpa keeps telling me to be gentle but how am I supposed to figure out how it works. Grandma says she is glad that its not a real puppy. Time for the old folks to rest so I'll give them a break and take my nap. Thanks again Oma for the fine present. Little"G"

Little"G" Productions

Little"G" Productions is proud to announce our new video release. Featuring Ricki and Nika two German Shepherd Dogs. Starring Little"G" and directed and produced by Grandpa Ted. Enjoy watching me laugh and play with these two beasts. It is a feat of daring that Barnum and Bailey would be proud of. I do exaggerate a little at times but I hope you enjoy this short clip. Vistor

I know that I don't normally post on Friday but so much happened yesterday that I had to at least share a picture of Jennie and me. Jennie came to visit grandma and me all the way from San Francisco. Well that may not be a huge trip but it still seems kinda far to me. Picture is of us playing on the floor. I had lots fun with someone new to entertain and charm. She did think I am handsome, lovable and charming. So what else is new. Blog at you later. Little"G"

Swimming

This is the third part of my busy Thursday. Its pictures of me enjoying the swimming pool which is a temperate 80 degrees. Grandpa thinks thats just about right but grandma would like to see it a bit warmer. Well have a wonderful weekend and I will be back to work on Monday. Little"G"

Playing with Grandma

It's hot already but not to fear I have already taken the dogs, grandma and grandpa for their walk. I've been in the swimming pool with grandpa its good for his shoulder. I will be putting up some pictures of me in the pool later. For today I have one of my composite photo's of grandma and me playing around the pool. Its a lot of work entertaining older folks but they do seem to laugh a lot and they don't seem to mind getting wet and dirty.
Its time for lunch now and grandma's niece is coming to visit this afternoon. I suppose I will have to put my best face forward and help with the entertainment. I do excel at entertaining, people seem to enjoy my antics. Well be blogging at you later. Little"G"

Happy Birthday America

Hi everyone I know that you probably weren't expecting any posting from me today. The birth of our country is just to important to let pass without me recognizing this day and what it means to me.
I have a bright future to look forward to with the opportunity to do what ever I want. I can achieve anything that I can accomplish with hard work and dedication. Yes I'm a very lucky boy to have been born in AMERICA still the greatest place to live.
My present to you all is this video taken on July 3rd as I helped Farmor Eivor with her cleaning. I hope you enjoy and take a moment to ponder how lucky we are to live here and have each other. Little"G"

P.S. Farfar Ted says happy 4th of July.

Tennis Anyone

Well not really the game of tennis but I did have fun on the tennis court. There is this neat toy that you can push all over the court. It even makes the dogs move. Grandpa says its for pushing water off the court. That may be but I had fun just maneuvering it around the court.
I will be putting up some other pictures of me and the dogs playing on picture trail of course there will be more than just me and the dogs. There will be me and other surprises. Have a nice 4th of July celebrating our countries birthday. I wonder if I'll get any cake? Little"G"

Summer

Today it really felt like summer. Its warm with cloudless skies and very quiet. Yes it seems that lots of people have left on vacation or for the 4th of July. The roads and trails are not as busy and grandma and grandpa like the solitude.
I had fun with the goats today as you can see in the picture. Ricki, Nika and I really get up close and the goats seem as happy to see us as we are to see them. Maybe its the carrots we feed them or just my wonderful company.
I had some chocolate milk with my lunch of meatballs, noodles and assorted vegetables. I really liked the green beans today. I'm busy supervising the old folks you know they have been without supervision for three days and it really shows. Off and running. Little"G"
