Thats right its the 5th of May Mexico's Independence Day. I celebrated with the dogs and as you can see from the picture we had dog snacks. Maybe mom will be serving a more traditional Mexican dinner tonight so that we can do it up right.If you are wondering if I'm of Mexican descent I'm not. I celebrate because its the neighborly thing to do. Their cuisine is also very enjoyable and someday I will be able to put hot sauce on my food just like mom and dad. In the mean time I will just have to enjoy the food as it comes on my plate. Don't overdue the celebrations.... Little "G"
