Breakfast Break

It seems like Farmor and Farfar slept in this morning so when I came to their house I was able to help feed the dogs. Ricki and Nika were real excited to see me this morning but not as excited as when I served them breakfast.
As usual I get right into the middle of the action as I dive into the hamburger meat with the dogs. I share equally with both dogs and Farmor gets a kick out of it when I start my pre-eating ritual with a good flex. Sometimes I have to move the dogs out of their bowls so I can see how much food they have left and of course they never protest. They just wait to be allowed to dive in again as I finish my assessment of the food situation.
Well we are off to Pilgrim Pie's so here is a video for your enjoyment...... Little "G"

Did it make you SMILE ????

Last Week

Here is a show from last week and my trip to town. It's gloomy outside so Farfar and I are working on some computer stuff........ Little "G"

Yes we did go out to get some exercise. I had to make sure my Trail Lane friends got their Thanksgiving treats. Here you see me getting ready to offer them some nice dog cookies. They enjoyed the treats and then we ran up and down the fence playing hide and seek. Little "G"

Anything Different ?

Today you see two pictures of me having fun on my walk and in the backyard. The question is can you see any differences? What are they? How did they get there? I would give you a hint but it wouldn't be fair. Anyway I did wish a Happy Thanksgiving to all my horse and dog friends. I shared carrots and dog cookies with them to celebrate the up coming holiday.
I especially enjoyed my visit with Skittles a 15 year old yellow Labrador Retriever. Today I was pushing my stroller up the street when I saw her in the driveway. I ran up to Farfar and asked him for some dog cookies. You say I know you don't have those words in your vocabulary "G". Well I just go up pull on Farfar's fanny pack and he gets the hint.
I took the bag of cookies up the driveway and shared them with Skitttles who's tail was going a mile a minute. Her owner Connie was so happy that I had come to visit Skittles because her children were worried that no one visited her while they were at school. Well that was the highlight of my morning. Have you figured out the pictures yet? You can always click on the pictures to see a larger version. Leave your guesses in the comments section.... Little "G"

Sharing

Today I thought I would share with you another one of our art projects. It is a picture of me eating a donut yesterday. Farfar and I worked on it in the computer and low and behold this is what we came up with. The picture may be nice but I still think the donut was better..... Little "G"

P.S. I just got back form my romp on Trail Road and what fun I had. It was drizzling and the air smelled so fresh. I visited with my dog friends and gave them some dog cookies which they really enjoyed.
Then came the highlight of the morning, out of the mist who appeared? No it wasn't old Saint Nick, nor was Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer but it was Oma, Wil and Bogie. I got to run and chase after Bogie (he is Oma's dog). Just as I would catch up with him with my superior speed, he would make a quick turn to the left or right and leave me in the dust. Oh well maybe I will have better luck next time. Have a nice weekend and bye for now........ Little "G"

Playing

Farfar and I were playing on the computer today working on some different looks for my pictures. Here you see one that I kind of like. Its me in my new fire hat I look pretty good in colored pencil don't you think?
This morning Saxon and I had fun playing at Farmors house not only did we run and go on the swing. We also got to go on the pool cover which is really fun to run on. The water sloshes under your feet and you land real softly when you take head first dives.
Saxon mostly crawls on the cover but he is getting the idea and is starting to walk and scoot along at a good pace. I know that I'm not supposed to play on the cover but sometimes Farfar lets us have our fun. All it takes is making eye contact with him and giving him one of my patented I'm so innocent look. He just crumbles and I get to have my fun. Well its time to go so..... So long for now Little "G"

New Hat

This has been the day! Unfortunately there are only a few pictures to commemorate the occasion. Lets see it started on our daily walk, we were headed to the soccer field and guess who we ran into? It was Deputy Sheriff Rob who was sitting on his police motorcycle. I can't put into words how thrilled I was to get up and close to his motorcycle. It had all sort of lights on it and a awesome siren.
After saying bye bye to Rob and thanking him for letting me get up close to his police motorcycle we were off to feed two brand new horses. The horses live behind the soccer field and one is brown and white I think its called a pinto and the other was a rich dark mahogany color. They were so excited to see us and just gulped down the carrots.
As we continued on we ran into two large coyotes who where walking through the grass next to the road. I have never been so close to these wild animals before. We stopped and the coyotes just looked at us and then slowly walked up the hill. Then they watched us walk by them and they turned and quickly disappeared into the trees.
At the soccer field I ran and jumped all around the grass. I looked for the orange tractor but unfortunately it was not there. I had to make do with climbing up the bleachers and jumping down off the benches.
I have saved the best for last as you may have guessed by the pictures. We stopped by the fire station and the two fire fighters allowed me to get up into the cab of the fire engine and drive it. They did tell me I couldn't push all those alluring buttons and there was no pulling of knobs. That was all right because when I got out I was able to all around the truck and flex at all of the trucks giant chrome wheels. I saw all their equipment, hoses, ladders and special wild fire equipment. At the end the firemen gave me my own hat and badge.
I tried to stick the badge on my stomach just like my dog tattoo but it wouldn't stay on so I had to put on my new helmet. It looks good don't you think?

Please don't laugh to much at Farfar even thou he looks real funny in my hat.... Little "G"

Exotic Creatures

The last couple of days I have had the incredible luck to visit Oma's house to visit with all the exotic animals that reside there. You may notice that I even point out the eyes, ears and mouth for Farmor. She knows where they are on dogs and little boys but seemed confused about there location on exotic cats. So being the helpful guy that I am I point them out for her and you.... Little "G"

S & G in the Morning

That's right this morning while Mom was talking to Farmor Saxon took a spin on his favorite chair. The locomotion and tacky sound effects were provided by Farfar and later I join in the fun. You might get a little dizzy while watching this video so please sit down and prepare to look away if you feel the least bit light headed. No it doesn't effect Saxon and me in the least, we both have very good equilibrium.... Little "G"

November Birthday Celebration

It's that time of year again Saxon just turned one, Dad and Farmor celebrated their birthdays Saturday night. We all went out for a dinner celebration in Portola Valley.
I loved the location of this restaurant because we sat outside even thou it was raining. Oh yes the table was undercover and everyone enjoyed the outdoor heaters.
The grocery store next door had all these pumpkins stacked outside for me to play with! I got to run and jump in the rain and I ran all of the relatives ragged. what fun. So here are some pictures highlighting the occasion and happy birthday to all....... Little "G"
